Agreement
These terms govern your use of https://www.hellodigital.co and the HelloDigital web applications on hellodigital.co subdomains (the “Services”), operated by HelloDigital, Woburn, MA, USA. By using the Services, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
The Services
Many of our applications are marked Alpha, Beta or Staging. They are early versions and may change, break, lose data or be withdrawn without notice. Keep your own copies of anything important.
Accounts
You may sign in with Google or with a link emailed to you. Keep access to your account secure; you are responsible for activity under it. We may approve, limit or close accounts at our discretion, for example for access-by-request applications.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- break the law or infringe anyone’s rights;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services or other users’ data;
- disrupt or overload the Services, or scrape them at scale;
- upload malware or content that is abusive or that you have no right to share.
Your content
You keep ownership of the content you add. You give us permission to store, process and display it only as needed to run the Services for you. You can delete your content, or ask us to delete your account, at any time. See the Privacy Policy.
Third-party services
Some features connect to services we do not control, such as Google, YouTube and Google Drive. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms. Applications that use YouTube API Services are subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.
Our content
The Services, including their software, design and text, belong to HelloDigital or its licensors. These terms do not give you any rights to them beyond using the Services as offered.
Disclaimers
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Reports, analysis and AI-generated output may contain errors. Check them before relying on them.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, HelloDigital will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for the Services in the 12 months before the claim or US $100.
Ending use
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms, or if we discontinue a Service.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Massachusetts.
Changes
We may update these terms. We will post changes on this page and update the effective date. If you keep using the Services after changes take effect, you accept the updated terms.
