Who we are

HelloDigital (“we”, “us”) is a digital consultancy based in Woburn, MA 01801, USA. This policy covers the website at https://www.hellodigital.co and the HelloDigital web applications that link to it, including login.hellodigital.co, the YouTube Learning Library, MemoryHive, HelloDigital Reports and other applications on hellodigital.co subdomains (together, the “Services”).

Information we collect

  • Contact form submissions: your name, email address, message and the products you say you are interested in.
  • Account information: when you sign in with Google we receive your name, email address and profile picture. If you sign in with an emailed link instead, we receive only your email address.
  • Content you create: notes, ratings, comments, saved items and settings you enter in an application.
  • Google user data you choose to connect (only in the applications that ask for it, and only after you approve it on Google’s consent screen):
    • YouTube (read-only), in the YouTube Learning Library: playlists and other YouTube account data needed to import the videos you choose. We cannot post, delete or change anything in your YouTube account.
    • Google Drive (per-file access), in tools offering “Save to Drive”: access limited to files the application creates for you. We cannot see the rest of your Drive.
  • Usage and technical data: pages visited, browser and device type, and IP address, collected through Google Analytics, our self-hosted Matomo analytics and server and security logs (including Cloudflare).
  • Cookies: sign-in session cookies that keep you logged in, and analytics cookies. You can block cookies in your browser, but sign-in will not work without session cookies.

How we use information

  • To provide, secure and support the Services, including signing you in.
  • To reply to inquiries and send messages you ask for, such as sign-in links.
  • To understand how the Services are used and improve them.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Google user data

HelloDigital’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically:

  • We use Google user data only to provide and improve the user-facing features you requested in the application where you connected it.
  • We do not transfer it to others except as needed to provide those features, to comply with law, or as part of a merger or acquisition with notice to you.
  • We do not use it for advertising.
  • We do not let humans read it unless you ask us to, it is needed for security or to comply with law, or it has been aggregated and anonymized.
  • We do not use it to develop, improve or train generalized AI or machine-learning models.

The YouTube Learning Library uses YouTube API Services. By using it you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google’s handling of your data is covered by the Google Privacy Policy.

You can revoke our access to your Google account at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

Who we share information with

We share information only with service providers that help us run the Services, and only as needed to do so:

  • Cloudflare (network security and delivery)
  • Google (sign-in, the Google APIs you connect, Google Analytics)
  • Resend (email delivery)
  • AI providers such as Anthropic and OpenAI, for AI features you choose to use (for example, summarizing a video transcript). We send only the content needed for that feature, under API terms that do not permit it to be used to train their models.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect the rights, property or safety of HelloDigital, our users or others. The Services run on servers we operate.

Retention and deletion

We keep account data while your account is active, and contact-form messages for as long as needed to respond and keep business records. To have your data deleted, email [email protected] from the address on your account. We will delete it within 30 days, except where the law requires us to keep it. Revoking Google access stops any further collection from Google.

Security

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), restricted access to production systems and signed session cookies. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.

Children

The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

Changes

We will post any changes on this page and update the effective date. If changes are significant and affect Google user data, we will tell you before they take effect.
